Founded in 2013 in Nijmegen, Blommers Coffee Roasters began with a passion for quality and community. Over the years, our team has grown, but our roots remain in the local coffee scene, where many of us first connected.

We’re committed to pushing boundaries across every aspect of coffee—quality, sustainability, and transparency. Working closely with innovative producers, we source coffee that reflects its origin’s unique character, from soil to cup.

Our roasting approach is precise and intentional, continuously refined to bring out each coffee’s full potential. This dedication results in vibrant, nuanced flavors that offer an authentic experience, whether enjoyed in cafes, restaurants, or at home.

Beyond sourcing and roasting, we’re engaged in meaningful projects like coffee by sail and agroforestry, which support biodiversity, soil health, and income diversity for farmers. We believe in sharing knowledge and advancing sustainable practices in partnership with our community.

Our commitment to excellence has earned us recognition in national and international competitions, with recent wins in the Dutch Brewers Cup and Cup Tasters. These achievements inspire us to keep innovating, and our goal remains the same: to bring high-quality, sustainably sourced coffee to our customers.
