The Ring is designed for all standard 58 mm portafilters and makes sure that every bit of ground coffee ends up in the filter basket.
8 Magnets
There are 8 magnets mounted in the edge of The Ring that hold the dosing ring firmly on top of the portafilter. Even if you turn your portafilter upside down or shake it vigorously, The Ring stays in place. However, when you're done you can easily remove the funnel from the portafilter.
