The Mignon Turbo 65 mm: fast, powerful, silent and consistent

The Mignon Turbo Black 65 mm grinder is one of the best grinders from the popular Mignon range. This grinder is very fast and consistent, thanks to the large flat burrset made of hardened steel. While grinding, the Turbo produces 20dB less than comparable grinders. Unique about this Eureka grinder is that the bottom burr is the one that changes position when dialing in your grind size. This makes it easier to dial in your coffee after cleaning the burrset, because the grindsize didn't change. 

Less static retention and spraying

In order to reduce coffee spraying while grinding, Eureka developed the so called ACE-system. This made the grinder more consistent and less static while going for a fine grind size. Thanks to its powerful motor, 1650 RPM and 65 mm burrs, the Mignon Turbo has an impressive output: 1,8 to 2,3 grams per second!
