Brewing at the correct temperature, either with your brew water or with your milk is essential to optimizing your results. This temperature strip gives a good indication of how warm the brew chamber of your Flair Espresso Maker is.

This adhesive temperature strip is suitable for the Flair Espresso Maker such as the NEO and PRO 2 and ensures that your brew head is preheated prior to adding your brew water. The range is between 70 and 100 °C and is displayed in Fahrenheit and Celsius. Green is the current measured temperature, blue is lower, brown is higher. The adhesive has a life of 2 years when applied correctly to the surface, but will vary depending on application and use.
