The Hario Switch is a new brewer, developed by Hario. In this device, two brewing methods meet, immersion and pour-over. A special steel ball enables you to close the opening in the dripper, making it impossible for water to pour immediately to the server. After approximately two minutes all you need to do is to press the switch button to enjoy your favorite coffee brew. By playing with immersion time and drawdown you will have endless possibilities to create new tasty recipes!
