The farm, nestled in Malacatancito at 1,900 meters, thrives in pristine natural surroundings. Eddy is deeply committed to environmental conservation, preserving the farm’s native trees, protecting spring water sources, and maintaining the habitats of diverse animal species, including the Quetzal, Guatemala’s national bird. Finca Las Gardenias holds environmental certifications such as Rainforest Alliance to affirm its dedication to sustainable practices.
