In a little town on the Eastern side of Lithuania, Chocolate Naive makes their bean to bar chocolate. Their production cycle starts with a dried cacao bean which is selected from exceptional cacao farms. Then the cacao beans are roasted with the utmost precision like we do in our roastery. The goal is to reveal the most beautiful character of the cacao bean.
Beside the amazing dark chocolate bars Naive makes, we could not resist those flavoured bars. This 61% dark chocolate contains 10% of golden berry and 3 % of banana. The chocolate itself provide a very rich and creamy mouthfeel and the additives will give you a very complex, sweet, acidic and fruity experience.
