The Varia AKU Scale has been designed to fit a variety of working environments. Wether you are working in a high-end espressobar or brewing coffee at home, the AKU scale provides! This scale features both auto-tare/timing modes for espresso and pour over, as well as manual modes so you are able to control every variable to perfection.

Weighing precision 

The AKU is equipped with a very sensitive and accurate load cell, with an accuracy of 0.1g across the entire weighing range (up to 3.1kg). Use the included non-slip mat to ensure stability and precision while making adjustments.

Build to last

The display of this scale works very intuitive and is made with ultra clear 9-digit LED. The battery of the Varia AKU lasts about 300 brewing cycles, so you rarely have to worry about charging. It takes about two hours to fully recharge, using a USB-C connection.

Moreover, working in an espressobar can be busy and messy at times. Therefore, this scale is water resistant and protected against low pressure water streams from every angle.
